Duty of Care

Duty of care lies with the "hirer".  All reasonable measure's must be taken to adequately look after the items that have been rented and return them in the same condition as they were fitted 

Make of items

Our stock is mainly made up of Thule branded items but in the case of these not being available for your hire date an alternative brand will be supplied 

Free Fitting

Free fitting will be carried out at your property within geographical locations. Most places in the Central West of Scotland are covered but if not you will be informed of this at point of enquiry

ID

You will be required at point of fitting to supply us with a form of photographic ID

Deposit

Roof Box Rental Scotland requires a £100 deposit on all items payable at time of booking apart from the Tent Box for which a deposit of £300 is required. This is paid back to you on the day of removal after checks of equipment are carried out

Excess Costs 

If rented items become damaged beyond repair or lost/stolen the following prices will be due from the hiring party-

Roof Box £500 Roof Rack £200 Cycle Carrier £200 Lost Keys £30 Tent Box £2500

If rented items are not back on the date organised without contact to Roof Box Rental Scotland the daily rate x2 will be applied 

Contract

These items noted above will need a signature from the hirer in agreement before the hire starts
